Community Sponsorship Opportunities

Puff Puff Pass is a six-part documentary series exploring the generational, cultural, and economic contradictions at the heart of cannabis legalization. What began as a personal story between director Aracelie Aarie and her grandfather expands into a broader examination of how cannabis moved from criminalization to commercialization, and what that transformation has meant for Afro Latinx communities and others disproportionately impacted by prohibition. As legalization expands and the cannabis industry continues to grow, the series asks a central question: If cannabis has moved from contraband to commodity, who truly gets to profit, and what would real repair look like?

This series is an invitation to explore this question and to help bring this story to life.
